I leave my weekly sessions knowing my entire body has gotten a serious workout, and the “spent” feeling I have is a healthy one. When I first started with Megan I had already reached my goal weight and was working out regularly, but I felt like I had plateaued and wanted to accomplish other fitness goals like getting more toned, having more muscle definition, do 20 push-ups, and also building up my booty. As someone in their late 40s, these finishing touches for my fitness were difficult to achieve on my own.
